NextRep gives you complete ownership and control over your personal fitness and account data. You can delete your data at any time directly in the app or submit a deletion request via this page.
1. In-App Instant Data Deletion
If you have the NextRep app installed, you can wipe all your workout records and local cache instantly:
- Open NextRep on your Android device.
- Tap the Profile tab → tap Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the Your Data section.
- Tap Clear all data and confirm.
All workouts, sets, exercise records, body measurements, and local session caches are immediately and permanently erased from your device.
2. Cloud Account & Associated Data Deletion Request
If you created a cloud account (via Email or Google OAuth) and wish to permanently delete your account, authentication credentials, and all synchronized cloud backups:
Step-by-Step Request Instructions:
- Send an email to prasmatic.help@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request - NextRep.
- Include the email address associated with your NextRep cloud account.
Our team verifies account ownership and processes complete permanent deletion within 7 business days.
3. Types of Data Deleted vs. Retained
Data Types Permanently Deleted:
- Account Authentication: User ID, email address, display name, and hashed auth records.
- Workout History: Logged workouts, exercises, set numbers, weights, reps, RPE, and notes.
- Body Measurements: Weight records, body fat percentages, and body dimension logs.
- Social & Challenge Data: Friend connections, active challenges, and leaderboard entries.
- Storage: Custom avatar photos uploaded to our cloud storage.
Data Retained:
- None: We do not retain any residual personal data or fitness records once account deletion is executed.
Data Retention Period:
- Immediate for local data: Cleared on-device instantly upon clicking "Clear all data".
- Within 7 days for cloud accounts: Full database record purging, storage cleanup, and authentication profile deletion upon receipt of your deletion request.
