By installing, accessing, or using NextRep ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

NextRep is an informational tool for tracking personal workouts. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment plans:

Physical Risk: Weightlifting and physical exercise involve inherent risks of injury.
Medical Clearance: Consult with a physician or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise regimen.
Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily participate in any exercise or routine tracked through the App and assume all responsibility for your personal safety.

3. User Accounts & Integrity

When creating an optional account, you agree to provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Software License & Intellectual Property

NextRep grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial workout tracking. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the software.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NextRep and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
